Sort incoming lead emails and draft fitting replies
A workflow template watches a mailbox, lets a language model label each new email (hot lead, question, not relevant) and prepares a matching reply.
Steps
- Import the template into n8n (cloud or self-hosted)
- Connect the mailbox and a model key
- Start with drafts only; switch to auto-reply for one label at most
Starter prompt
Classify this email as HOT_LEAD, QUESTION or OTHER. If HOT_LEAD, draft a three-sentence reply that thanks them, proposes two meeting slots and asks one qualifying question.
Guardrail: Keep auto-replies off until the labels prove reliable.
